Last year, I ordered some glasses from them online, and it was super easy. Unfortunately, I ended up sitting on my specs and totally messed them up. No biggie, though! I reached out to Specscart to find out if they could fit my current lenses into new frames, and they sure could. I mailed in my damaged glasses and got an email on Saturday confirming they received them. Then, on Sunday, I got another email saying they were on their way back to me, and I received them on Monday. Awesome service and really quick - Thanks a bunch!

Decided to give it a shot and order some glasses online. The site was super user-friendly. There was a fantastic selection of eyewear, and I ended up finding just the right pair. My glasses showed up in just a few days. The prescription sports shades fit like a glove and looked great too. I’d totally recommend this place and will surely shop here again.

I needed to get some new glasses after breaking my old ones and stumbled upon a design I really liked. I made the order on Saturday night, and by 6pm on Monday, the new pair was in my hands. I honestly can’t figure out how they managed to whip them up so quickly over the weekend, but I’m super thankful for the incredible speedy service!

I checked out the Walkden location. The team was fantastic. They spent a lot of time with me, helping me pick the perfect frames and even reached out to the lab to ensure they could handle my lens strength in the frames I selected. The delivery time was a pleasant surprise. I was informed that, because of the strength, I might have to wait 7-10 days, but they showed up in just 4! I really appreciated the variety of glasses available to meet my needs, and the staff had no problem with me trying on as many as I wanted until I made my decision. Thanks for making this whole process smooth and enjoyable.

For real, they deliver quick. Had a hiccup with my initial payment, but they reached out to me the very next day and fixed it up. Customer service is top-notch. Appreciate it, Specscart!

We suddenly needed some prescription sunglasses. The local optician, one of those big chains, told us it would take at least 10 days. I called Specscart on a Sunday around lunchtime, placed the order by 2pm, and it arrived in under 48 hours. They kept me updated on the progress all the way to delivery. The frames and lenses are just right, and the price was very fair. Normally, I’d give a 10/10, but for this experience, I’m going with a 20/20. Huge thanks and great job!

I had an awesome experience... I misplaced my driving glasses and my local store couldn’t get me a new pair for 10 days! So, I decided to order some from Specscart and shot an email to their support team explaining how urgent it was. Emma got back to me right away and even nudged the lab to see if they could rush my order. And guess what? They totally came through, as my glasses showed up the very next morning! The glasses are great, and they even included a high-quality case and glass cleaner! I’ll definitely be back and I’d recommend them to anyone, no doubt about it. I just got my glasses after upgrading to varifocals. The first time I bought them, I went for single lenses, but it took way longer than it should have since the courier messed up the delivery. Still, I was cool with sending my glasses back and waiting for the varifocals. They assured me they’d get it done quickly without any hassle.

The first thing I noticed was some leftover glazing debris stuck between the lenses and frames. This was my first time buying from them, and I had already dropped over £130 on these specs. Honestly, good customer service would’ve just given me a 10% discount on the original price, which seemed fair since mistakes happen. Instead, I was told to either clean it myself, take it to my optician and pay for the cleanup, or send it back for a refund and start the whole process again to find another pair! I mean, these glasses aren’t just for show; I’ve been without proper ones for weeks after my retina detachment. What’s the point of waiting even longer?

Luckily, the manager took a look at my situation and helped me get the debris sorted out. They also corrected the initial advice I received, so now I can wear my glasses as needed. I’m finally happy with my purchase from Specscart.

Fantastic service all around. I had a frame reglazed with high prescription varifocals. They asked for a picture of my face with a measuring tape to ensure the lenses were spot on—more than what any other online shop does—and the glasses turned out just right. No adjustments needed, but they included a small screwdriver and some instructions for tweaking them if necessary.

Fast and excellent service. I’d definitely use them again without a second thought.

I don't think I'll shop anywhere else after finding Specscart. I placed my order for glasses on Saturday morning, and they were glazed and shipped in just over an hour with no delivery charge. They showed up right on time the next day, arriving at 12:49! The glasses are spot on and came with a hard case, a polishing cloth, a bottle of cleaning solution, and a tiny screwdriver. Seriously, what else do you need? Couldn't be happier!
